We opened our bakery in 2000 with a goal to make an exceptional wholesome artisan bread using only high quality natural ingredients with no artificial additives or preservatives while employing traditional baking methods. This slow technique of baking from scratch increases the cost and the time of the process but results in a better tasting bread.
